Helmsely-Spear announces activity at Park W. Village.

Helmsley-Spear has announced its appointment as exclusive leasing agent for the stores at Park West Village, a residential complex.

The Park West Village stores are located on Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues between 97th and 100th Streets. Leonard Zucker and Berton Zucker are leading

the marketing program for Helmsley-Spear. Recent leasing activity includes signings by Madgestic, a West Indian restaurant located at 802 Columbus Avenue, Columbus Avenue Candy, a 24-hour convenience store at 764 Columbus Avenue, and Donnay Salon, a unisex hair salon at 801 Amsterdam Avenue.

There are presently several additional stores available for rent in the Park West Village complex on both Amsterdam and Columbus Avenues. Retail spaces range in size from 700 to 4,100 square feet, plus basements.
