Airborne Freight new tenant Northeast Business Center.

Northeast Business Center located at the intersection of 1-84 and The New York State Thruway in Newburgh, New York win be home to a 55,000-square-foot Airborne Freight Corporation regional distribution center by year's end according to National Realty & Development Corp., developers of the business center.

Airborne will occupy 55,000 square feet of a 110,000-square-foot building, of which 52,000 square feet is already occupied by Tarkett.

Northeast Business Center is a 140-acre master planned business campus with single-story office/high-tech buildings and approved sites of up to 30 acres for build-to-suit requirements. Airborne follows the soon to be completed 500,000-square-foot Caldor Distribution Center, and joins existing tenants which include M&T Banc, StairMaster, Tarkett, and Nugent & Haeussler, P.C Northeast Business Center's occupancy level is 98 percent.
