Route 110 Home Furnishing Galleries, a high-end furniture retailer, has expanded its warehousing capabilities on Long Island by leasing the entire 40,000 s/f property at 105 East Jefryn Boulevard in Deer Park, NY. Route 110 Home Furnishing Galleries required the additional space to house its
Edward Fitzsimons and Daniel Oliver of CB Richard Ellis' Long Island office negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of Route 110 Home Furnishing Galleries and the property ownership, Jefryn Boulevard Associates.

Owned by Jefryn Boulevard Associates, 105 Jefryn Boulevard is a one-story industrial/warehouse facility located in Deer Park.

The well-known diet/nutritional company renewed its 106,000-square-foot lease at Airport Business Centers (AIP 2004), Long Island's first high-tech industrial park located in Bohemia, NY. The company will continue to house its warehouse and distribution operations at the 500,000-square-foot, Class A industrial park.
