9.04[3] Employee Compliance Certificate The undersigned employee of XYZ Corporation hereby certifies: 1. I acknowledge and reaffirm my obligations to XYZ Corporation as set forth in the Proprietary Information and Employee Inventions Agreement which I signed. 2. At no time since beginning employment with XYZ Corporation have I violated those obligations. In particular, I have not used or disclosed, other than in the course of performing my duties for the Company, any of the Company's confidential information. I have not without authorization disclosed to the Company or used in my work any confidential information belonging to anyone else. Moreover, I have disclosed to the Company all Inventions which I have developed and information which I have learned and which may be useful to the Company in its business. Finally, I have not engaged in any business activity which is competitive with the Company or otherwise inconsistent with the written policies of the Company regarding confidential information.
