Jack Abraham, 24
Founder and CEO of Milo.com

Jack Abraham was only 12 when he started writing software for his father's company, comScore, which grew into a global leader in digital marketing intelligence. At 21, he struck out on his own with Milo.com. "It seemed crazy that in the digital age," he says, "you needed to call a store or drive around town to find out what's in stock. I wanted a search engine that could search the shelves of the stores near me and return all of the products in stock right now in seconds." Abraham is on track to graduate magna cum laude from the Wharton School with a degree in Technological Entrepreneurship.

What Drives Abraham?
"Impact. You only live once. You might as well make your work count toward something that can change the world in a good way."

Is This a Difficult Time to Be Young and Starting a Business?
"No. It's the best time in history to be young and starting a business. If anything, youth and a fresh perspective are often valued over experience."

Will His Generation Affect the Future of Business?
"Yes. Business will be conducted at a lightning pace. Risks will be taken quickly and assessed quickly. Innovation will flourish."

“Find mentors and listen to them. You’ll be amazed by how much you don’t know.”

And Will It Change the World?
"Absolutely -- especially in the Technology Age. At any previous point in human history, meaningful world change would take centuries. Now it can take months to years. This will continue to accelerate."

Abraham's Number One Hero
"Richard Branson. He takes risks, doesn't care what anyone thinks, builds great products, and has fun while doing it."

Abraham's Number One Book
"Branson's Screw It, Let's Do It"

The Worst Parental Advice He Received
"'Study all the time.' Reading about other people's ideas and the past is great, but sometimes you just need to get out there and do something. I prefer learning through action rather than textbooks."

The Quote He's Most Likely to Quote
"To those whom much is given, much is expected."

The Advice He's Most Likely to Give Other Young Entrepreneurs
"Find mentors and listen to them. You'll be amazed by how much you don't know."
