Tyler McKenzie is a licensed Associate Broker with Windermere Real Estate/Wall St. in Seattle, Washington. Enjoying his seventh year in the industry, Tyler has built a thriving business representing both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions. His affiliations include membership with the National Associations of Realtors (NAR), Seattle/King County Associations of Realtors (SKCAR) on whose grievance committed panel he sits, and the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) . A State licensed real estate instructor, he is also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and is Quality Service Certified (QSC).

Few Realtors begin their careers in the profession and Tyler is no exception. With the better part of two decades spent in employment spanning consumer software development, journalism, television, and feature film production, he has a produced, creative directed, managed, and collaborated on projects with organizations as varied as Sierra On-Line, Paramount Interactive, Disney Interactive, The Smithsonian’s National Zoological Park, IBM, World Cup USA, Twentieth Century Fox, Whittle Communications, and Shadow Catcher Entertainment; all experience he utilizes on a daily basis in his real estate business.

Tyler lives in West Seattle with his wife, twelve year old daughter, a very large dog and two cats.
