Tim Berry

Tim Berry is president of Palo Alto Software and principal author of its Business Plan Pro software for developing business plans. He is also the founder of Bplans.com, and a cofounder of Borland International, which was founded in 1983 and went public in 1986. Before creating his own company, he was a planner for Business International and Creative Strategies, and a consultant in business planning to Apple Computers.

Berry's latest books, The Plan-as-you-go Business Plan and 3 Weeks to Startup, were both published in 2008 by Entrepreneur Press. His business plan coaching is available at bplanscoaching.com.

Berry holds an M.B.A. degree from Stanford University and an M.A. degree with honors in journalism from the University of Oregon. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
