Mitchell York, president of E2E Coaching Inc., is a Professional Certified Coach and entrepreneur dedicated to helping corporate executives in mid-life renew their lives through small-business ownership. He is the author of the book, Franchise: Freedom or Fantasy? - How to Know if a Franchise Is Right for You After Your Corporate Career.

A Columbia University MBA, Mitch has led many high-growth companies. He was president of LendingTree Inc. in its startup phase, and was president of NetCreations Inc. (now Return Path), a publicly-traded e-mail marketing firm. In addition to his coaching practice, Mitch is an executive coach for ClientWise LLC, a training and coaching company in the financial services industry; a job- and career-counseling coach for clients of The Five O’Clock Club, a leading outplacement firm; and he also owns his own franchised food-service business.
