Matthew McKenzie has 15 years of experience as a writer, editor, and analyst covering virtually every aspect of the business technology market. As an editor for Seybold Seminars in the 1990s he covered the Web revolution from its inception, explaining the new medium to business owners and exploring its potential as a business platform.

Matthew subsequently worked for several Internet startups (including an earlier incarnation of AllBusiness.com) and as a contributor for major print and online publications including PC World, CNET, TechWeb, Computerworld, and Storage Magazine. In addition, as an independent consultant and analyst, he has worked with business clients to develop effective Web content and product marketing strategies for their companies.

A New Orleans native and long-time San Francisco resident, Matthew currently lives in Athens, Ga. with his wife, one dog, one cat, and another cat that thinks she's a dog.
