Having worked as an IT professional for the past ten years, Dave Austin has developed a keen interest in the possibilities of the Internet. While there are tremendous opportunities for small businesses to leverage information technology in ways that only large companies could have just a few years ago, staying on top of this evolving basket of internet based services can be a challenge. As author of this blog, Dave's primary goal is to help small business stay abreast of the evolving array of Web-based services and tools, and to explain these developments in way that will benefit even the nontechnical small business owner.

When he's not geeking out or writing about technology, Dave can usually be found outdoors somewhere in Northern California.
