Anthony Cerminaro

I am a business, transactions and technology attorney with a unique blend of in-house and law firm experience, having spent the first nine years of my career in the law department of PPG Industries, Inc.

I received my B.A. in Economics from Princeton University and my JD from the University of Pittsburgh, where I was a member of the Law Review.

I focus my practice on representing growing technology companies. My areas of expertise include technology commercialization, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, commercial and financial transactions and international business.
