Microsoft Money Discontinued

Many people have enjoyed using Microsoft Money to keep track of their personal finances. (I use Quicken.) However, Microsoft Money is being discontinued this week. Tomorrow is the last day that you can buy Microsoft Money. You will be able to use the service until January 31, 2011. So you still have a year and a half to make use of Microsoft Money, provided you renew your service now.

Not all of these are free. Like Microsoft Money, some of them have costs. Quicken is providing a discount for Microsoft Money users who switch. It might be wise to renew your Microsoft Money now, and then shop around for a new personal finance program that works for you.
