Americans willing to pay for better benefits

Forty-five percent of American workers would favor an enhanced benefits package over a raise and they seem willing to pay for it, a workplace study sponsored by Consortium Health Plans shows.

Nearly two-thirds of American workers have implemented an open-wallet benefits policy indicating a willingness to pay more for additional benefits.
