ILFC receives 400th Boeing 737.

International Lease Finance Corp (ILFC) has taken delivery of its 400th Boeing 737 aircraft from manufacturer Boeing Co (NYSE: BA).

The Next-Generation 737-800 is equipped with Blended Winglets, which improve fuel

efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions. It will be leased to ILFC customer Travel Service, an airline based in the Czech Republic.

ILFC has now received a total of 660 aircraft from Boeing, including MD-11s, MD-80s, 727s, 737 Classics, Next-Generation 737s, 747s, 757s, 767s and 777s. It received its first 737, a 737-200, in June 1978.
