Senior Care Industries Commences Trading On TheFrankfurt Stock Exchange.

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-Sept. 26, 2000--Senior Care Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SENR) announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the Third Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and has begun trading today.
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is part of the Deutsche Borse and is the most successful of the European stock exchanges trading both in German Marks and in Euros. Frankfurt is Germany's leading stock exchange with a total annual volume in excess of $4 trillion U.S. In today's markets, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange has consolidated its position as the world's third largest securities trading center organized as a stock market. The Frankfurt trading symbol for Senior Care is SJ5 and may be accessed at http://www.exchange.de/INTERNET/EXCHANGE/index.htm.

The Geneva Group, Inc., facilitated Senior Care's listing on the Frankfurt exchange and is coordinating European investor relations.
Senior Care is dedicated to supporting all aspects of the senior marketplace. Currently, the Company is divided into three divisions. The housing division specializes in the development, construction and management of age-restricted senior housing, assisted living communities and commercial properties. The manufacturing division includes Nobel Furniture and the pharmaceutical division will soon include web based health products distributors as a feeder to manufacture and sell Senior Care's pharmaceutical products through an "E Commerce" pharmacy.
