Fitch Affirms Various Ratings for Osceola County, FL.

NEW YORK -- In the course of routine surveillance, Fitch Ratings affirms the following Osceola County, Florida issuances at 'A+':

--Approximately $18.3 million gas tax revenue refunding bonds, series 2003;

--Approximately $61 million infrastructure sales surtax revenue bonds,

series 2002.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.
