TOM KEENE, HOST, `BLOOMBERG SURVEILLANCE': This morning, folks, Ken and I have a two-part conversation with noted bankruptcy attorney, Harvey Miller. You can hear the rest of it in the 9:30 hour. Let's start in it right now - our conversation with Mr. Miller.

KEENE: Harvey Miller, it's a long way from a small lithograph company that you liquidated and then you could reorganize and the joy of those employees saved. How is the phrase reorganization changed in the past 12 months? Is there a new definition to reorganization?

HARVEY MILLER, PARTNER, WEIL GOTSHAL & MANGES LLP: I would say that there is a nuance in reorganization that probably did not exist prior to let's say the last 18 months to 2 years. More of what we would call reorganizations are turning out to be sales during the very initial stage of a Chapter 11. And so they're having a Chapter 11 that goes on for 2 years or more.
