Jun. 13--Granite Hacarmel Investments Ltd. (TASE: GRNT) today announced that its subsidiary, Supergas Ltd., would issue NIS 400 million in bonds to institutional investors. The bonds will not be registered for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

Granite Harcarmel expects Midroog Ltd. to rate the bonds Aa1.
