Software protection systems developer Aladdin Knowledge Systems soon will make simultaneous initial public offerings of stock on the TASE and NASDAQ. A total of 1,125,000 shares of common stock will be offered on the two exchanges, according to the company's preliminary prospectus. The anticipated initial public offering price is between $6 and $6.50 per share. Oscar Gruss & Son Inc and Barington Capital Group, L.P. will serve as the underwriters.
