MAS Capital Securities completed its first reverse merger transaction in December, 2000 between MAS Acquisition XXI Corp., which was a subsidiary of MAS Capital, and Telecom Communications of America. MAS Acquisition XXI Corp. renamed to Telecom Communications Inc. and subsequently renamed to Mystaru.com, Inc. (OTCBB:MYST).
