Jul. 26--Four members of Price Legacy Corp.'s board have filed a lawsuit against a fellow director in a complex dispute over what's in the best interest of the San Diego shopping-mall owner.
The lawsuit, an unusual step that surprised company management, stems from a conflict between a bloc of directors representing Price Legacy's Series A preferred shareholders and other directors representing its common shareholders, Series B preferred shareholders and company management.
