Colorado's Ocean Journey Aquarium Bondholders Get Final Payment.

Oct. 14--The bondholders who invested $56.8 million in the failed Colorado's Ocean Journey aquarium have received a $2.2 million final payment from the issue, bringing investors' total recovery to 26.8 cents on the dollar.

Houston-based Landry's Restaurants Inc. bought the Central Platte Valley aquarium in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for $13.6 million in March. The facility remains open while Landry's seeks zoning approval to begin a $15 million overhaul.
