NYLIM offers plan sponsors Morningstar advice.

NYLIM Retirement Plan Services of Parsippany, N.J. recently announced a new service for 401(k) plan providers that will help them select and monitor mutual funds in their retirement plans.

The new offering, dubbed Portfolio Complete, includes the adoption of fiduciary responsibility by the firm's partner in the project, Morningstar of Chicago, as well as a design aimed at providing guidance to plan sponsors rather than individual plan participants.
