Mr. Jones has more than 12 years experience in the investor relations business and most recently was Sr. Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of FD Morgen Walke Associates, an international business communications consultancy.
At TMP, he will be responsible for all investor related financial and business communications activities. He will report to Michael Sileck, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and will work closely with other members of the Company's executive management team.

As one of six Managing Directors at Morgen Walke, Mr. Jones contributed to the firm's growth and success in the business communications agency industry. He was responsible for the operations and strategic direction of the Company when he assumed the CEO role in 2001. During his career at MW, he worked closely with the executive management teams of small and mid-cap companies in broad based industries, in creating and implementing investor relations programs that included marketing to the investment community, shareholder communications, and strategic counsel on market related issues.
Mr. Jones started his professional career at the American Stock Exchange where he held several sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. In his early days at the Amex, he co-established and coordinated a worldwide network of investment professional meeting forums for Amex listed companies.
He received an MBA degree in Financial Management from Pace University, Lubin School of Business Administration, and a BBA in Marketing Management from Bernard Baruch College (CUNY).
