Durst confirms Gore's BoA deal.
The Durst Organization co-presidents Douglas and Jonathan Durst this week confirmed a deal first reported exclusively by rew-online.com on November 12.
Durst said the firm was close to a deal with Generation Investment Management LLP to lease 5,000 s/f on the 48th floor of The Bank of America
"Generation is the perfect tenant for One Bryant Park," said Douglas Durst. "Generation's investment philosophy is based upon long-term focus, integrated sustainability research and high conviction investing. These are principles that underlie The Durst Organization and the planning, design, construction and operation of the Bank of America Tower.
