Martin Schulz, manager of the $339 million Armada International Equity Fund, has stayed in plush hotels all over the world. As a major in the U.S. Army Reserve, he stayed at the Bagram air base in Afghanistan for five months.
In October, Mr. Schulz returned from Afghanistan, where he had been in charge of psychological operations for the 18th Airborne Corps.
