REPORTS FROM BANKS OVERSEAS of progress in fostering the small business market indicates that the branch remains the best platform for building relationships with this segment.

Small business requires a variety of products together with a higher level of personal, contact and financial, advice than the corporate end of the market.

In fact, one of the banks found, in its internal, surveys, that one of the four main criteria small business owners use to select a bank is the ability to obtain from its branch suitable business advice.
