Streamlines mortgage process for end-to-end connectivity

Myers Internet Services, a leading provider of Internet solutions to the mortgage industry, announced that it has launched its

Originator Network offers a single interface to more than 1,600 mortgage companies comprised of more than 10,000 originators that currently use Myers' Web hosting and lead generation services. Using Originator Network, mortgage originators will be able to streamline their loan approval and submission process by ordering credit reports, appraisal, title and other related services online. Originators will also be able to search wholesale rates from more than 50 leading wholesale lenders to find the best loan for their customers.

"By making the entire mortgage process fully electronic, we expect to reduce transaction costs that will result in the consumer obtaining a mortgage at the best price with the convenience of working online or offline with a local mortgage broker," said Warren Myer, chief executive officer of Myers Internet Services.

With this new Web site comes a series of new partnerships. Myers Internet has teamed up with realink.com, an e-commerce firm specializing in online real estate appraisals; Primis, Inc., an online provider of property information services; and Factual Data Corp. (Nasdaq: FDCC, FDCCW), an e-business provider of information solutions to businesses. The Originator Network will allow firms like realink.com, Primis and Factual Data access to Myers' mortgage clients who may use their services.
