Jun. 30--When real estate agent Myzomyia Vales sells a house, she may end up helping the new owner write the monthly mortgage check.

That's just one of the unusual services that Vales, a native of the Dominican Republic who came to Ohio about two years ago, has provided to Spanish-speaking clients who rely on her to help them navigate the complexities of American home buying and financing.
