MortgageWare Loan Servicing is a sophisticated 32-bit application designed for Windows 95 or Windows NT(r) that is targeted at lenders who retain, or would like to retain, servicing rights. The system provides all the capabilities necessary to do loan servicing, such as collections, automatic payment processing, escrow tracking and analysis, and investor reporting.
