AMSTAR Financial Services, Inc. (OTCBB:AMAF) is now the corporate name for America's Senior Financial Services. AMSTAR is a Mortgage Banking entity operating in multiple states with multiple business platforms. The Company has been in continuous

operation since 1990 and recently changed its name to better describe its diversified operations. This name change reflects the expansion of the Company's mortgage operations beyond the reverse mortgage sector that identified so strongly with the name America's Senior Financial Services. The Company is much, much more. However, the Company will continue to use the name "America's Senior Financial Services" to identify the Company's growing multi-state retail Reverse Mortgage platform. The name "Jupiter Mortgage" will identify the Company's multi-state retail Forward Mortgage platform. The name "Synergy Mortgage Solutions" will identify the Company's multi-state Wholesale Mortgage Lending platform. The Company's "Branch Partners" platform will operate under the name "AMSTAR Mortgage Network," and other variations of the AMSTAR theme. The bulk of the Company's sales and earnings are derived from forward mortgage operations, secondary marketing efforts, and bulk sales. This is an important distinction for shareholders and potential investors to make -- as Mortgage Bankers move into an economic climate where diversification will be important to maintaining momentum. AMSTAR is diversified to a point where it is better insulated from the risks that might be associated with a downturn in any one segment of the Mortgage Banking Industry.
