SAN FRANCISCO -- Mortgage fraud attorney Rachel M. Dollar announced today that she has moved her mortgage banking practice and formed Dollar & Graves LLP, a law firm dedicated to mortgage fraud litigation, repurchase issues, servicing, insurance and quality control matters. Ms. Dollar formerly

managed the Mortgage Banking Group as a partner of Lanahan & Reilley LLP.
