New product, new name. (bancassurance products)

Bancassurance, the integration of banking and insurance services, is growing popular in Australia's financial services industry. A number of Australian banks are planning to market bancassurance products through the formation of alliances with insurance companies. Some of these include the Colonial Group, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ Banking Group, AMP Society, National Australia Bank and Metway Bank.

Outside Europe, Australia is winning the race in integrating its financial services sector with bancassurance products
