STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 4, 1999--

Priceline.com (Nasdaq:PCLN), the Internet pricing system that enables consumers to save money by naming their own price for a variety of travel, automotive and personal finance products, announced today the top-ten selling vehicles purchased through priceline.com's Web site in September.

The Honda Accord continued its reign as the number-one selling car, capturing top honors for the third straight month. Overall, Honda placed three vehicles on the list. Most significantly, September marked one of the strongest showings by a domestic manufacturer on priceline.com, as Ford placed two vehicles in the top ten. This was a strong rebound for Ford, which didn't place any vehicles in last month's top-ten list. -0-
