Wincor Nixdorf and ANI Advanced Network Launch Service Partner Program.

AUSTIN, Texas -- Wincor Nixdorf, one of the world's leading suppliers of IT solutions for the banking and retail industries, and ANI Advanced Network, Inc., a leading provider of ATM services, today announced an agreement that enables ANI to supply and support third-party ATM service vendors

with Wincor Nixdorf's entire line of ProCash(TM) automated teller machines (ATMs) and automatic teller safes (ATS) across the U.S. This agreement enables ANI service partners to provide a complete line of innovative, proven ATMs and ATS machines to the banking industry.

Utilizing the Wincor Nixdorf Check/Cash Deposit Module (CCDM) in conjunction with ANI's Transaction Services Inc. (ATSI) as a driving platform, ANI and its partners will have the ability to provide end-to-end electronic check services by the end of 2006. ATSI drives both financial and independent sales organization (ISO) ATMs, with over 12,000 machines on-line by the end of 2006. The Wincor Nixdorf CCDM is the Check21 choice of many leading financial institutions -- allowing for a total end-to-end electronic check processing solution. The CCDM allows up to 50 checks or bank notes to be scanned and deposited through a single opening, and without a deposit envelope.

ANI and Wincor Nixdorf recently introduced a program which enables qualified ATM dealers to sell, install, service and support the entire line of Wincor Nixdorf products. These products include Wincor Nixdorf's line of cash systems, full-function ATMs, cash dispensers, cash recycling systems, intelligent deposit systems, and ATS machines in the U.S. market.
