Brookfield, Wis.-Based Financial Data Processor to Buy Two California Firms.

Jul. 16--Fiserv Inc. said Tuesday it has ac...uired two related California companies that provide credit reporting services for lenders.

Fiserv, of Brookfield, said the ac...uisition of Chase Credit Research and Chase Credit Systems, of North Hollywood, Calif., would add about $25 million in annual processing and service revenue to the company. Fiserv handles data processing and technology for the financial services industry.
