Apr. 20--PAWTUCKET CREDIT UNION: Roger A. Lemoie, of Pawtucket, has been elected chairman of the board of directors. A board member since 1991, he has also served as vice chairman and secretary. His responsibilities include chairing all board meetings and supporting and assisting senior management.

Leo R. Mongeau, of Pawtucket, has been elected vice chairman of the board. A member since 1999, he has also served as treasurer. He is president and founder of J & M Diamond Tool.
