Quartararo's expertise includes construction management, project management, engineering and international portfolio management. Prior to joining the company, Quartararo was the founder and president of Quartararo & Associates, Inc. Jones Lang LaSalle acquired Quartararo & Associates in September 2004.
He has been instrumental in tripling the revenue of the Northeast project and development services group in less than three years. Quartararo's current clients include the Bank of America, Madison Square Garden, Metropolitan Life, WNYC, Deutsche Bank, WPP Group and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey.
Quartararo received bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering and English from Tufts University, and a master's degree in management and international business from New York University's Stern School of Business.
