Aug. 15--Ford Motor Co. will team up again with racing legend Carroll Shelby, who turned 80 this year, to develop limited-edition, high-performance niche models.
Though ...uiet on specifics, the alliance likely signals the return of the high-performance Shelby Mustang last offered in the '60s. The next-generation production Mustang is due out for 2005.
"We're not saying, but use your imagination," said Chris Theodore, vice president of advance product creation for Ford, who wi
