Apr. 28--FORT WAYNE, Ind.--Uniroyal Goodrich is getting a makeover.

It's not just the size of the investment in the Woodburn plant -- $32 million. Nor is it just the breadth of the project, which will touch almost every part of the nearly 2 million-square-foot plant by early 2005.
