UPS to Test Fleet for EPA, DaimlerChrysler.

EPA (Washington, DC; Tel: 202/564-7824) Administrator Christie Whitman joined senior executives from DaimlerChrysler (1000 Chrysler Dr., Auburn Hills, MI 48326-2766; Tel 248/512-2678) and UPS have created a new government-industry partnership to put hydrogen-powered fuel cell delivery vehicles on the road. For the first time, fuel cell delivery vehicles will be tested in a real- world driving environment on the nation's streets. Whitman unveiled this initiative at EPA's National Vehicle
