Oct. 26--CHICAGO--Saab will unveil its first all-wheel-drive car, the 2005 9-2X, at the Los Angeles Auto Show in January.

Positioned below the 9-3 sedan in size and price, the 9-2X four-door hatchback based on the Subaru WRX will be available in two versions, an entry-level Linear powered by a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter, 165-horsepower 4-cylinder and a high-performance four-door Aero with a 2-liter, 227-h.p., turbocharged 4.
