LETTERS : Share the love

Dear Ed:

Firstly good luck to all the Orca winners for the grande final. Nice work - but I have to say it would be nice to share the love.

As a voice agent I like to believe that great writing becomes award winning when you have great voice talent driving all those verbs and nouns across

I went back over this year's winners and discovered that at least five of our voices were among the winners (including myself!) but no one had thought to even let us know.

If you are an Orca winner, tell people they have been part of something good. It's a nice feeling to be thanked.

Another thought: Maybe this year there should be an award for the best voice talent of the bunch? We don't expect a trip overseas but a pat on the back and a certificate might be nice.
