Uster's Turkish Subsidiary in Full Operation

Uster Teknoloji Tikaret A.S, a new company which Uster Technologies AG launched last October, is now fully operational for both sales and service.

The new subsidiary in Istanbul allows closer contacts to local customers as well as the availability of various improved service offerings. The presence of trained personnel not only for sales purposes but also to fulfill service requirements will shorten the response time and finally lead to better customer satisfaction and ultimately help it work toward further improving the yarn and fabric quality of the textile industry. Direct and fast opportunities for feedback from customers will enable the company to even further improve its products and services.

At the ITM 2006 in Istanbul, Uster Technologies will show a strong presence underlining the importance of the Turkish textile market. A major part of the ITM presence of Uster Technologies will be the "Usterized" campaign.
