Feb. 22-- CAJUN FLAVOR: Toni and Paul Boatwright decided to replace a mid-life crisis with Toni's longtime dream -- a coffee shop.
"Our children are growing up, and our youngest will graduate soon," Toni Boatwright said. "Instead of going through a mid-life crisis we decided we would buy a business."
Actually they invested in starting their own enterprise and plan to open Thibodeaux's Cajun Coffee Cafe in the former Go Coffee space at The Bottleworks on Prince. They
