Tampa, Fla., Football Coach Starts Tenure as Department of Citrus Spokesman.

Jun. 20--TAMPA, Fla.--Thursday's kickoff of Jon Gruden as the new Florida Department of Citrus spokesman marked the satisfying conclusion of a year's worth of effort.
