Microsoft Dynamics offers several different accounting solutions aimed primarily at mid-sized companies. All solutions feature both AR and AP capabilities.

Microsoft Office Small Business Accounting
This is the software giant's small business solution, complete with AR/AP and more.

NetSuite
NetSuite offers an online-only integrated business management solution, including AR and AP. It's aimed primarily at mid-sized companies. You access the system using your Web browser.

Oracle Financials
Oracle offers this high-end system of business management applications for larger companies. It includes AR and AP capabilities, based upon the Oracle database.

SAP
SAP has one of the most sophisticated ERP systems out there, which includes, of course, AR/AP. This isn't an off-the-shelf piece of software. You'll require plenty of hands-on planning and implementation assistance from experienced consultants to get it up and running. This program is for large enterprises.

Sage
Sage, formerly known as Best Software, owns a number of prominent brands of accounting solutions including Peachtree, MAS, and ACCPAC. All offer AR/AP capabilities, along with much more. This is for small to mid-sized companies.
