Doug Opheim was named senior vice president of finance and operations. Opheim previously served as an executive vice president of regional offices. Lynnette Zika was named executive vice president of national marketing. She previously served as senior director of national marketing.

RubinBrown of St. Louis admitted Jeanne Marie Donnelly Doll to partner in its Qualified Plan Audit Practice Group. RubinBrown has FY05 net revenue of $39.8 million, 37 partners and 287 total staff.

Eric Bass joined the New York office of Smart & Assoc. as a partner in the business consulting practice. He specializes in financial services. Previously, Bass was with Grant Thornton. Smart, based in Devon, Pa., has FY04 net revenue of $59.2 million, 42 partners, 445 total staff and seven offices.
