AGN International admitted Stegman & Co. of Baltimore. The firm has FY05 net revenue of $5 million, nine partners and 35 total staff. AGN also admitted China Regal United CPAs, which has three partners, 267 total staff and offices in Beijing, Chengdu, ChonQing, Jinan, Kunming, Nanjing,, Shanghai

and Tianjin. AGN also admitted the following firms: Audit & Business Advisory of Tunis, Tunisia (three partners, 20 total staff); Mendieta y Asociados S. de R.L. of Tegucigalpa, Honduras (one partner, 21 total staff); Privredni Savetnik Revizija of Serbia & Montenegro (six partners, 18 total staff); and Thajudeen & Assoc. of Trivandrum, India (three partners, 15 total staff).

Following are the winners of the AICPA Elijah Watt Sells Award, given annually to the candidates earning the highest cumulative scores on the CPA exam: Michael J. Becker, a graduate of the University of South Florida currently employed by Deloitte & Touche in Tampa, FIa.; David Eads, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and an employee of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Fort Worth, Texas; Eric Daniel Hessler, who, attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and works for PwC in Tysons Corner, Va.; Laura Ann McClure, a graduate of Texas Christian University employed by D&T; Katie Eileen McDermott, a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and employed at PwC in Chicago; Christopher Rohrich, who graduated from the University of North Dakota and is working for PwC in Minneapolis; Olya Stuber, a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and employed by PwC; Xin Amanda Yuan, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign employed by Lucent Technologies in Murray Hill, NJ.; and Yan Zhang, another graduate of the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign, who works for DPM Mellon.

Alliott Group North America admitted Ribotsky, Levine & Co. of North Miami and Weston, Fla. RL&Co. has FY04 net revenue of $2.8 million, five partners and 23 total staff.

Lester L. Fordham Jr., a partner at BKR Fordham Goodfellow in Hillsboro, Ore., was elected chairman of the Americas Region Board of Directors for BKR International. His election also appoints him to BKR's World Board of Directors as a representative for the Americas Region. BKR also admitted Business Alliance Consultants of Perth, Australia, which has three partners and six staff members.

CPA Associates International admitted five new members: Blanski, Peter, Kronlage & Zoch of Minneapolis (six partners, 36 total staff); Friedman, Suvalle, & Salomon of Boston (six partners, 29 total staff); Wessel & Co. of Johnstown, Pa. (three partners, 36 total staff); Elit Bagimisiz Denetim Ve Yeminli Mali Musavirlik of Istanbul, Turkey (eight partners,35 total staff), and Lurcro Auditing of Johannesburg, South Africa.

IGAF Worldwide admitted Burt & Nagel of Albuquerque, N.M. It also elected Jeffrey M. Mutnik to serve on its North American board of directors. Mutnik is director in charge of tax services at Berkowitz Dick Pollack & Brant in Miami.

The RSM McGladrey Network admitted Palmer, Currier and Hoffert of Pierre, S.D. PC&H is a new firm that previously was an office of RSM McGladrey. It has three partners and nine total staff.
