Conley F. MacDonald passed away Oct. 7 in Sacramento. He was 62. MacDonald graduated from Montana State University and was with the firm Rossman, MacDonald and Benetti Inc. in Sacramento for 31 years, where he had been principal and managing principal. He was a member of the CalCPA Sacramento
"The only reason I'm in public accounting is because of my business relationship with Conley," said Ray Benetti, a partner at Rossman, MacDonald and Benetti, who has worked with MacDonald since 1976.
Among his civic endeavors, MacDonald was treasurer of Junior Achievement and a board member of the Children's Receiving Home.
